The average American regardless of age, can be grouped and for the most part are considered physically unhealthy compared to many other industrialized nations around the world. Americans have a higher representation of many of the unhealthy preventable disorders statistically. Considering the available amount of available premium healthcare, the United States of America should be the pentacle representation of world health.

Many people are pissed that Obamacare has given an unwanted tax for mandatory American healthcare, but considering many other nations provide healthcare at a serious public tax, our direct financial tax seems to be the greatest, because it has been imposed upon the American public without consent from the public.  I’m not versed in Obamacare, because I have private health insurance so there is little I can really say to promote or defend Obamacare. My short point is, it would be awesome if we were to become so healthy per capita, Obamacare would have little impact, or be relevant.

There is also a belief concerning the American Health Care system of being in the business of treating symptoms and managing pain instead of prevention and eradicating such physical health problems. Prevention is a far less expensive option for the American public’s health, in addition prevention does not drive the big prescription business profits for the pharmaceutical companies.

Here is my recent two cents. Recently I have gained respect for vitamins, and supplements which may be due to the inability to gain the proper nutrients from most of the available food consistently in my life. Mainly the my change of heart came from experimentation and body hacks from symptoms I was battling which have subsided from old sports injuries because of the vitamins and healthier choices I have made. I simply had to be conscious of what was happening to me physically, and emotionally. One simple blood test informed me of a serious vitamin D deficiency. Correcting the levels had a dramatic change, for instance I have not had a common cold in two and a half years, while being seriously exposed to the virus, in addition not suffering from the dreaded winter blues.

Health vs Weight

The most noticeable indication of health in the United States is weight. With unhealthy weight considerations riding on one of two sides of a coin being malnourished or obese. Many Americans can easily fall on both sides of a weighted coin, being both malnourished and obese. On unofficial average American must be past the 95th percentile. Comparing the United States weight and BMI (body mass index) against most nations of the world we are simply obese. Many adults under 30 years of age considered grossly obese. This fact is particularly true within the poor and African-American communities. Fat adults, fat children and fat babies are common. The impact can be seen and felt everywhere in our society with afflictions and manifestations of an unhealthy society. Many people die in this country due to complication of obesity who must be placed in XXL caskets. WHAT! Personally, I can clearly remember when as a child it was uncommon to be in the presence of someone who weighed over 250 lbs. Today typical adult body weight exceeding 230 lbs is common place in The United States for both men and women. Let me add this into the conversation, while we have access to a better variety and quality of nutrition, the opposite is also true, with low quality food being far more accessible to the masses. We have abundant access to quick, easy, accessible food, but not quality nutrition.  The more affordable, healthier nutrition options are harder to locate and far more expensive. I love Whole Foods, but dam they are expensive.

Our wonderfully designed human bodies have been programmed to function for the most part from the naturally occurring products of this Earth. Humans historically gain food sources from items grown and prepared versus processed and preserved to survive 6 months or more in storage. We even had a relationship with the livestock used to provide nutrition. Don’t get me wrong I too am meat eater, but the processing of our modern food we consume is out of hand, with us feeling processed food is the primary choice. We have evolved over thousands of years to work in tandem with the natural process of food development. Today’s genetically modified foods may be only providing a short term solution and causing a long term problem. The jury is still out on a conclusion.

Healthy choices and portions
Healthy choices and portions

A little History

Within industrialized nations, populations of people congregate in densely congested areas constituting our major cities. Once upon a time it was uncommon to have an area packed with 8 million or more people such as the metropolitan city of Chicago or Detroit (my reference points). Most of the industrialized nations societies consisted of agricultural communities which were far less populated than the modern cities of today. People historically had a local relationship to food and nutrition. Thanks to genetic engineering materials handling and food processing, all foods are available 365 days of the year in America, which is a very very new phenomena. If a good was not in season, it was not available, period.

I said all that to point out people once had an intimate relationship with the nutrition in their lives. Today most of us have an estranged relationship from our nutrition or food source. The closest relationship many of us have is the organic, or non-GMO choice when shopping, which can be sometimes twice the price of less nutritionally sound food choices as I said previously. Back in the day if a chicken what eaten, it was alive not more than 48 hours previously. We simple don’t have a relationship or true understanding of the things going into our bodies, the awesome human temple. It is best to try to understand at least a little of what nature intended to provide for our physical growth and maintenance.

Did you know?:

The physical size of serving plates has increased from an average of 8 inches to more than 12 inches in the past 30 years.

Meat as the main focus is a recent change in the food portion and diet.

Sugar is a staple in food today like oxygen is in air (new phenomena).

American school lunches are no longer cook but combined or reheated.

Modern food portions are contain more calories with less satisfaction.

To make the lifestyle journey viable and fruitful for the masses, we have to take care of our temple, which means we cannot always trust what is presented in the media and public at large as good. Marketing to the public is largely propaganda to influence the behavior of the public. There are great documentaries available on and other  streaming services to help educate us on the items we are consuming and the effects on our bodies.

To live The Billionaire Lifestyle you have to be able to function optimally. Understanding the energy and growth source driving our life is essential. I want the best for us all, so you can honestly experience the grandeur of LIFE in The Billionaire Lifestyle.

How To Live The Billionaire Lifestyle Step #1

Taking the First Steps toward your new Designer Lifestyle

The storm may be around the corner, be strong.
The storm may be around the corner, be strong.

Let me begin about the Billionaire Lifestyle Blog here at, because I want to make things clean and clear. This blog is about lifestyle, specifically crafting a lifestyle removing as much worry and stress as humanly possible, while building your net worth and  personal human assets. A major concern in the lives of most people  is the lack of money and finances, which creates an enormous amount stress in anyone’s life. Releasing or minimizing the stress of finances makes life really easy.

The idea had been bouncing around my life for two years or so but I could not put a tag onto it, or make it real. I was looking for a definition, then one evening my lady partner and BFF would say to me during months of experiencing low vitamin D levels and the Hater community started take note of my existence.,said, “you know because we are responsible about our life approach, we can just about go where we want and obtain the thing we need in life.”I realized I was in a unique situation unlike many of the people with whom I had daily contact.

The situation I was and am experiencing was intentional, and this is just the beginning. It starts with intention and, moves with a plan followed by action.

The First Steps

There is a practice of which helps to keep me focused or at least searching for answers about life and circumstances to improve the overall course and journey. Practising introspective and exterior inventories about myself in this life, is vital, helps to provide direction. Inventories are like therapy without paying through your nose for someone else to tell you what is in front of your face. Basically put forth to yourself a great deal of questions with the expectation of evaluating your situation to make it better. The most important to keep on mind is being brutally honest with yourself and remove emotion, and ego from the equation. Many people perform self inventories but either fail to be honest, don’t perform the required action, are not ready to change, or the biggest pitfall of all, people are scared to change from what they understand, even if the effects are negative. I recently was talking with a young lady who told me of her decision in junior high school to direct her life. She decided the people in her life could eventually influence her path in life. So she decided to make a change to have directional control of her destiny. If you were to meet this woman you can clearly see he virtue.  She is a person striving on a higher plane from the surrounding from which she came, from and was subjected. Her accomplishment with the decision to control her situation is extremely difficult for most people, similar to breaking a drug habit. Her Inventory gave her a plan then she went into action.

Taking a personal inventory can be challenging personally. Everyone has items in their lives to identify that are not serving their intended good purpose, causes discomfort, or has very little overall value other than serving your ego, or the ego of someone in their life, but it is not all about the bad or uncomfortable things present in your life. During your inventory which will lead you to The Billionaire Lifestyle, the good about you and your situation must be acknowledged and placed as sacred. When you perform and inventory you must take stock of everything, your mental and physical health, spiritual well-being, financial situation and people who have less than positive influence. Looking at everything is great, so the baby is not thrown out with the bath water. Everything is not black and white in clarity.

I try to shoot for a .25 percent change daily from my inventories and outcome. Sometimes I back track, but with the progression of time progress will still be made. We must remember if we are not growing, we are slowly dying.

I’ll tell you about my story and how I came to truly hunker down and begin getting things together in my life, and my life was not really bad, it just was not RIGHT. It was mid 2007 and I was doing a lot of busy work that showed little progress or results. The one item I cherished outside of my family was my DJ business. My admiration for the DJ business filled a void I just could not get from daily work at my 9-5 job and I kinda liked my 9-5 job. There was nothing really special about 2007 either, I was married, my youngest of my two daughters was heading out of High school soon, we had a nice house, but I HAD to work hard consistently and constantly to survive being $240,000.00 plus in debt, including the mortgage on my home, credit card, open loans and life. After doing a quick financial inventory, comparing about 6 months of bank statement, I realized our monthly household expenses were peaking over $5000-$6000 a month, considering my income from our day jobs was well below or just at that level of my monthly debt. I began thinking about change. There is one truth in life it seem, the more money you make, the more you will spend. My family and I were just coasting on the sails of life, and at any moment a storm could come upon us at any moment.

Enter the Storm

2008 started off normal but I could feel the wind changing. The week before Thanksgiving, I was laid off permanently from my automotive related 9-5 job. I remember when they pulled me into the office, I saw it coming that morning and was a little put off because if they would have done the lay off the evening before, I would have saved time and gas on the 80 mile round trip drive.  It seemed the “letting me go”  stressed my then wife more than it stressed me. I figured I would get a much needed vacation for about 2-3 months and get a job by February or March. NOPE. March came and went, June came and went, finally in August, some 9 months later I landed a JOB. The vacation and was not as hard of a time during my lay off financially thanks to my wife being employed, being in hustle mode ON and my DJing, but there was a great deal of personal inventory time.

Here is a list of things that came from my inventory, first, the bad.,

  1. I was over financed and upside in my house and that really served no great purpose.
  2. My debt was Out Of Control
  3. I did not have an emergency fund, so would have to remain in the credit loop to stay afloat.
  4. I was getting unhealthy lost a serious of weight
  5. I wanted more control over my life
  6. Discovered my relationship with my then wife was not as strong as I expected.
  7. I was not a 30 years old.

Now the good

  1. I did not NEED so much stuff.
  2. Life is ever changing,  so I started to see how to ride on top of the wave instead of swim against the tide.
  3. I had accumulated a great deal of talents and knowledge for self-exploitation for my own good.
  4. I had made life complicated, so decided to uncomplicated things. I got honest
  5. Getting into shape is not that hard (Actually lost so much weight from working out, people though I was sick) over did it, but got healthy.
  6. There are thousands of opportunities, we just miss them because we are stuck in the Matrix.
  7. Started being a positive opportunist. (For the most part)

Lets just say the inventory, which is much deeper that what I am sharing made life far more simple. I had the epiphany of looking at Morpheus and taking the “RED” pill.

Here is the result in a nutshell as my friend Eric can attest.

  • I vowed (and talked to GOD) to delete my total debt to less than 35% of my income.
  • Begin building assets
  • Learned to spend money on the experience of life, not possessions and things in life. Own yourself!
  • Love, smile and notice other people as a priority.
  • Use credit card with extreme caution (Like live plutonium). If you use it pay it off in less than 45 days., net 60 max
  • Save at a minimum 10% of my income.
  • Have an emergency savings fund worth 3-6 months of living expenses
  • Travel more
  • Have friends, whose native language is different from my own, who live nowhere near me.
  • Develop talents to exploit, for fun and for profit.
  • Stay free

Today, most individuals think I am the most carefree outgoing person (I have been called a MAN DIVA. That is true, because I have learned to Live The Billionaire Lifestyle).

What’s your monthly money outcome of your income?

-----What is my Outcome of my Income-----

Your Salary is not your Income.

Salary is the total amount received for a task provided to you before taxes fees and obligations are removed. Income is a percentage or actual dollar amount left over after certain criterion have been financially met.

Study your paycheck stub, or yearly W2 form from the IRS and it can be sobering.  There several numbers will clearly stand out, of them being the largest item is your Federal withholding’s from your paycheck or yearly W2 salary. This deducted money you will never physically feel, see, lay with spread on your bed in Las Vegas or manipulate even though it’s your money. There are  many cases requiring you and I to contribute even more money to the Federal and State government during the American tax reporting season. On average 1/3 -1/4 of your income is directly removed from your hands in the form of taxes and fees. The more debt of certain types can offset the percentage, but who wants debt to save a few bucks. Debt to save actually sounds crazy, does it not?

You owe, you owe it’s off to work you go!

Yes there are methods to use the money withheld from your paycheck and have it in your pocket, but only for a briefly, since it must be paid to the Government agencies such as the IRS at some point. It is not your money, so stop thinking it is you money.  They say one thing is certain Death and Taxes. The more you make the more you relinquish, unless the category of super rich is your niche tax bracket. It is a good idea to understand what your true income or “OUTCOME” of money actually available to you, which is that monetary value you have at your disposal to do with as you please. What you will find is that it is lower than you thought.

-----What is my Outcome of my Income-----
Calculating your true Outcome from your Money Income.

Many of us obtain a paycheck monthly, bimonthly, or in the rare instance weekly basis. Paychecks are usually allocated for the various financial obligations for survival, living combined with the automatic deductions. I wonder how many of us truly understand how much income we have at our disposal with each passing pay period or month.

Here is a constant question, “How can the money you receive as income be income if it is outgoing before you decide it’s purpose”?

The income we report to the federal and state government is not a true indication of our personal income to do our bidding. So let’s break this down. We will use $2000 gross paycheck as the example. Your employer states in the form of paper tender or the form of a direct deposit stub you have generated for yourself $2000.00. So here is what you can expect.

$2,000 = Gross Pay a single two-week pay period, which means your salary is approximately $4,000.00 a month, or $48,000.00 -$50,00.00 a year depending on if it is bi-weekly or semi-monthly.

Now for the deduction before you obtain a dime.

  • Federal Income Tax
  • State Income Tax
  • FICA (Medicare and Social Security)
  • Voluntary Contributions (Health Insurance)
  • Involuntary Items – Child support, defaulted student loans, taxes, and unpaid court fines.

What is left over is your Net Pay.

Example: Here is a shot of a downloadable Excel file to perform your audit.

Here is the Link:  what_is_your_income

Calculating your expense outcome.
Calculating your expense outcome.

From your net pay you still have a list of the most common financial obligations such as:

  • Housing payment
  • Transportation payment(s)
  • Child Care
  • Utilities (Gas, Water, Electric, Heat, Trash,)
  • Student Loans and education bills
  • Cable bill
  • Cell phone
  • Food
  • Credit Cards
  • Medical bills
  • Miscellaneous
  • Car insurance
  • Gym/club memberships

If the listing of obligations are added together you may find your “OUTCOME” of your “INCOME” is  much lower than you think.

It is far easier to move towards a controllable money savings system once you are armed with the proper cash flow and accurate information. Typically you may find several areas to trim the fat in order to hold on to more of your outcome of cash.

Ignorance concerning money outcome is one reason credit cards will never away.

It’s better to fully know where the water level is before the water gets deeper“.
